Dg12 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Policy for Malaysia

1 User Eligibility

To register and use dg12's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout your use of the dg12 platform.
• Is an individual with the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Not be on any voluntary self-exclusion list or any recognised gambling restriction programme.
• Registering for personal use only, and not on behalf of any third party or for any commercial purpose.
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your use of your dg12 account.

Dg12 reserves the right to verify a player's eligibility at any time and to suspend an account pending verification if there are doubts about the user's eligibility.

2 Registration & Account Management

By creating an account with dg12, you agree to the following:

• Only one account permitted per individual, IP address, device, or household. Duplicate accounts will be frozen and the funds within may be forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your dg12 account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact dg12's support team immediately.
• Dg12 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including copies of your identification card, bank statements, or other relevant documents.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal

Dg12 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods. All transactions are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Accepted deposit methods at dg12 include:

• The minimum deposit at dg12 is RM20 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary depending on your account tier and chosen payment method.
• All deposits received by dg12 are final and non-reversible once processed, except in specific circumstances agreed upon by dg12.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet that is under the same name with the dg12 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly not permitted.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

• Every game on dg12 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified by a third-party body, ensuring that the outcome of every round is completely random and cannot be manipulated.
• Technical disruptions, internet disconnections, or system failures during a gaming session do not guarantee a refund or credit replacement. dg12 will review each case individually.
• The use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised method to gain an unfair advantage in dg12 games is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

6 Prohibited User Conduct

• Registering under a false identity or using another individual's personal information without their consent.
